How to Get Started
Let’s Connect
To begin, contact us to discuss your problem and see how we can assist you. Our expert speech-pathologist will give you a free phone consultation.
Speech therapy is available for children of various ages, starting with toddlers who are just learning to speak. For tweens and teens, we also offer pediatric speech therapy. Based on your individual needs and their area of expertise, we will choose the best-suited speech therapist from our team to work with you.
Complete The Initial Screening
The pediatric speech-language pathologist will go through your child’s background history at our first meeting. We’ll also interact with your child, focusing on learning about their hobbies and building a rapport.
We’ll examine one (or more) of the following skills informally: receptive and expressive communication, play interactions, pragmatic skills, voice, fluency, and articulation. We will work with parents and caregivers to develop unique goals that are tailored to your and your child’s needs, as well as provide the family with suggested communication tactics and resources. All of our forms are web-based, and we use online intake management software to transfer documents electronically and receive them back signed and finished before our first session. This internet technology platform complies with HIPAA regulations.
Begin Therapy
Pediatric speech therapy costs start at $65 per session, depending on whether each session is 30, 45, or 60 minutes long. We are a fee-for-service practice that does not accept insurance. If applicable, we will gladly provide you with a monthly invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. The necessary CPT procedures and diagnostic codes will be listed on the invoice.
Every online speech therapy session will be made as enjoyable, playful, and productive as possible. Parents frequently inquire about how long their child should anticipate working with a speech therapist. Pediatric speech therapy interventions take a distinct path for each kid, and there is no set period of time that applies to all children.
