Remedies of Reducing White Hair

Indian Gooseberry

Take 3-5 Indian gooseberries with one cup of coconut oil and prepare a solution. Store this oil in a jar and take out 2 tablespoons as per use. Massage this oil into your scalp and massage for 15 minutes. Leave this hair for 30 minutes further, or leave it overnight. Wash it off with sulfate-free shampoos and conditioner. Use this 2-4 times a week. This is effective because it has a reserve amount of vitamin C with excellent antioxidant and anti-aging benefits to revitalize the hair follicles pigment. It improves hair health.

Black Tea

It is rich in antioxidants and helps prevent free radical damage to hair, leading to premature greying. Black tea helps to relieve stress. Take 2 tablespoons of black tea and 1 cup of water. Boil two tablespoons of black tea in a cup of water and set it aside. Strain the liquid and apply it to the hair and scalp. Massage the scalp for a couple of minutes and leave it for an hour. Wash your hair with mild sulfate-free Shampoo and finish with conditioner.

Lemon Juice and Coconut Oil

Take 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Heat the mixture of both oils for a couple of seconds. Massage this into the scalp and leave it for about 30 hours. Lemon contains vitamin C that prevents hair damage, and coconut oil nourishes hair and promotes hair growth. Use this 2 times a week.

Castor Oil

Castor oil boosts blood circulation and contains omega-6 fatty acids to promote hair health and darkening. Take 1 tablespoon of castor oil and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Combine both mixtures and let them warm. Massage your scalp for 15 minutes and leave it for an additional 30 minutes and wash it off. Follow this maximum 2-3 times a week.

Fenugreek Seeds

Take 2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds and ¼ cup of water. Soak two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Grind the seeds with enough water to get them smooth and make a paste. Apply the mixture and scalp Fenugreek seeds rich in vitamins B that prevents hair loss. It is used to preserve the natural hair color, prevent dandruff, and keep the hair silky.

Henna and Coffee

Henna helps to cover up the appearance of white hair. It is another popular hair colourant to give reddish brown to blackish brown to your hair. Take 5 tablespoons of henna powder with 1 tablespoon of coffee as well as 1 cup of water. Make a paste of henna powder and cup of water to avoid lumps. Apply this mixture to the scalp and leave it to the hair for about 3-4 hours. Rinse with warm water with mild-sulfate free shampoo.
