  • Place the monitor at a distance of 60 centimeters both at home and at work.
  • If the monitor is on the side, place it in front of you. It is important to do this so that there is no imbalance in the load on the eyes.
  • Adjust the brightness on the monitor so that you feel comfortable. Do the same with contrast and resolution.
  • Install the lighting in the room so that there is no glare on the monitor. The contrast between an illuminated monitor and an unlit keyboard adversely affects vision.
